International Education Week: November 12-16, 2012
International Education Week will take place November 12 to 16 this year, offering an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education helps attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences in the United States.
EducationUSA in Canada will be hosting special programs across Canada in honor of the week, including visits to Canadian high schools and universities and virtual advising sessions for Canadian counselors and students.
You can also join the world’s largest online college fair on November 13, 2012. By connecting to the EducationUSA International Virtual College Fair, you will have the chance to explore over 150 schools, watch live presentations and chat with university representatives, and enter to win a $1,000 scholarship.
